These terms govern your use of the Notice API app, website and notification service.
The service
Notice API lets you create, save, schedule and receive private notifications and connect your own systems through API keys.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and API keys, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful or unsolicited messaging, or to interfere with the service or another person’s systems.
Delivery limits
Notification timing and display can be affected by the device, network, Apple services, Focus settings and maintenance. Do not rely on Notice API for emergency or life-critical alerts.
Purchase
The app is offered as a one-time paid download. Apple processes the purchase and applies its own payment, refund and App Store terms.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, limit or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability or legal compliance.
